I would like to report a crime which is happening onlie website called: www.Ioffer.com.

I purchased a fake Ipod Nano item on the website from Amber Costa "PinkMafia" (user name) person. It is said it is 16 GB but turns out to be a 8GB and fake one too..!

When I realized this, I contacted "PinkMafia" Amber Costa at that time, she also admitted that, she had other people complaining as well, with the same type of the problem. (But continued to selling them anyway.) In addition, I contacted Ioffer.com. They are not taking any responsibility and not only that They responded back to me after two and half months later! They did not take an action for this crook name: “Amber Costa.” She lives in CA and , She committed a crime and knowingly and selling fake IPod's on the website www.Ioffer.com. Amber Costa refuses my emails nor reply to my emails. She is refusing to pay me back.

In my opinion, this illegal activity, needs to stop! This is a serious crime.!!
