I bought an Iomega 8gb micro mini, after 6 weeks this product crashed, I paid over $150 for this device. After going to the website several times I can not find any assistance for warranty issues. All product literature states a 1 year warranty, but the only point of contact is www.iomega.com. On the website Iomega gives not way to contact them unless you want to buy something. I highly urge you not to buy anything from Iomega, they do not want to hear from you after the sale.

The only catch is that you have to select the product you have and enter the serial number to verify the warranty status.

There are several ways to contact iomega from the site including a LIVE CHAT.
