I contacted Ebay user information about my problem and they gave me her phone number. I left a message letting her know I had filed for the insurance on the item and that USPS was investigating. I called a second time today and again got no answer.

Kristen Bab is the name on her voicemail. She sent me a user contact through ebay today saying she was in the hospital, the item didn't work, it's too expensive and time consuming to ship back to me. excuses excuses. She then had the nerve to say I was unprofessional because I'd sent her so many ebay requests for payment and I never should have sent the item.

Thank goodness for ebay, and Kristen Winther Bab is an awful abusive person!
