Should have read all the other posts. I ordered a siren, a speaker, and a mini light from this company. All transactions went smoothly until I got the back order for the siren and speaker. it was a 2-3 week wait for this. I decided to cancel the order. I sent them a email, no response, sent a online msg thru the sight, no response, I call several times and left msgs for them, guess what....no response. All I wanted was a verifcation that the item was cancelled. i finally got thru, holy cow. Someone let the flood gates open. I was yelled at and I was being told that I was being rude....and then the phone went dead. Called back to a different selection on the phone. This time I was assured in a calm voice that my order was cancelled and then I was asked about the light bar and if I liked it. UPS email that I received stated I would have it the next day...guess what... no ligt bar. So I called backed. Was yelled at again. I was still keeping my cool and trying explain that to just cancel the order and refund my money and then I was hung up on again. So...I called back. A more calm voice this time for at least a couple minutes. Then a explosion accord. I have taken enough verbal abuse from these children. We ended up calming down and came upon a agreement for the items. (this is after I was threatened) Then  my wife calls. After the cussing war had ended and this time my wife hung up on them. They stated to her that I was not going to get my money back or the product. We the called the FBI Internet Fraud, My local police dept and the BBB and then the Great Neck Police Dept. Now I am just waiting to see what happens. These kids made a web sight to steal your hard earned money and make you feel like crap for doing it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SIGHT. If all the people that got screwed from these children would call the Police and file a complaint, maybe they would get removed from business. the local police number is 516-573-6600. Ask for the detective division.

Making things right

Since this posting, I have received the item that I ordered. I have a small problem with the lightbar. When I called LED Outfitters, they were pompt and courtious with me and stated that me refund has been issued and that the fix for my lightbar will be here in approx 2-3 weeks due to back order.
