MagicJack This is a big rip off, Internet

I purchased the magic Jack and it worked fine until the trial period was up and then it stopped working.  I could not call out or receive calls.  I went on line to the chat and started my long and unsuccessful typing with one supposedly  manager or supervisor for two days.

After the first day of 7 hours the supervisor stated he would give it to the engineering department.  On the second day checked e-mail and nothing so I got back on the chat and spent another 7 hours chatting with about 6 different people.  When they could not help they would disconnect me and I would have to start over again.

I have plugged and unplugged the thing, I have given them control of the computer to no avail.  Every time you call they want you to do the same things over and over again.  Then they told me to try a corded phone so I went to look for one.  I went to goodwill and they didn't have any so I went to the store they have very few but I was not going to spend more money on one and I told magic Jack this.  It is suppose to work on cordless phones and I have now tried 2 different ones with no success.   At the end of the second day they sent a note to engineering.  Today it still dose not work and has been off for a week and nothing in the e-mail from  engineering. 

I have asked for a refund and they refused because the trial period was up.  So now I am stuck with this thing and no phone. It might work with a corded phone but they do not tell you this.  They advertise it with a cordless phone.  Beware it is not a good thing, it is a rip off
