Back on May 8th of this year I ordered a phone (for my wife's birthday) from mp4 nation. The money was withdrawn from my account on May 13th, and on the 17th I received my first E-mail stating that my phone had shipped. Thus began my torturous relationship with mp4 nation.
To make a long story short, after 3 different confirmations stating that my order had been shipped, the company finally (in September) sent me an email stating that their previous confirmation notices had been in "error", and that the phone I ordered was no longer available. They then had the nerve to offer me an in store credit plus $15 for my "inconvenience". Yeah......no thanks.
I declined this offer and requested a full refund. A week-and-a-half later (which is about "par for the course" as far as response time using mp4 nation's ticket system), they came back and said they had issued a refund. That was 3 and 1/2 weeks ago....still nothing....still waiting....still ticked.
In a response, entitled ummm no, to a previous complaint Raz (head of MP4 Nation),  stated that despite "some problems" MP4 Nation is/has been always reliable. Does my story sound like I'm dealing with a reputable or reliable company?   .........ummm no.
