I ordered an jabra bt8040 bluetooth head set and wasn't new it was used. It didn't come with all the items listed in the description. I tried to email them no response and I tred to call them no answer. Wouldn't recommed this site to be on the internet and sale used items for a new price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I'm on the internet rying to look for the parts togo with this bluetooth that should have been in the package in the first place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
