They have poor products, deceptive advertising, and don't honor their word.

They are an e-bay parasite. They are "laptopmediccom" on e-bay.

They acquire broken equipment, they patch it up, and ship it out. They say they have a warranty, but they first ask you to fix it, then they take a long time for them to fix it. They won't consider a refund.

They say nice things on the phone, but they don't follow up.
