I bought 4 MP4 players at Comfort Inn last year for Christmas presents in Jackson Michigan. 3 of them did not work and I got the info where to return them back in Winchester IN. I sent 3 back and was smart enough to have the package tracked. I have the date and person who signed for this package but now the company wil not respond, replace or refund my money I am out $300 plus dollars and 3 of my family members are out of thier gifts.
