I purchased the pocketpod at a hotel in Galesburg, Illinios. I was promised when purchased that if I had any problems with the item I would recieve a full refund. I contacted the company online and received no answer. I went to the web-site recently and it has been taken off line. I can't believe they can get away with this. My pocketpod was a christmas gift and hasn't ever worked properly. The headphones didn't even work.
