Preferredphoto Warranty Scams and Mean Customer Service Brooklyn New York

I purchased a projector and warranty for my company. The warranty they gave me does not cover commercial use of products, but they were still willing to sell me something that I could not use.

I contacted the so called customer service department numerous times, but the only response I can get is that it is my fault because I did not specify that I was purchasing something for my company. I find it hard to believe that they are selling warranty after warranty and not asking if it is for personal or commercial use. How many mistakes do they make each day?

If you are purchasing anything for a company I would not purchase anything from this company. They will rip you off in the end, somehow!!!!
