I purchased the Silk'n SensEpil hair removal system from Queen Bee Clothing on August 11, 2010. I received an order confirmation from Queen Bee Clothing via e-mail.

My order was never delivered.

When I attempted to view my order history I found that it had been erased.

All my attempts to contact Customer Service were ignored.

Lastly, the same item is now being sold at Queen Bee Clothing for $199 more than before ($500 instead of the $300 it was initially sold for).

Basically, Queen Bee Clothing refused to honor their sale, cancelled my order without notification, and then increased the price of the item.
