I originally ordered this 3-channel Remote Control (RC) helicopter to take a step up from a simpler 2 channel type.  Well, long story short, the thing broke within an hour of me charging it and attempting to take off.  I never got the darn thing in the air!  The instructions listed every part with numbers, indicating that spare parts may have been available.  I call the same company i bought the helicopter from, raidentech, and ask about parts for this XBM-10 3-channel RC helicopter.  THEY DONT HAVE PARTS.  well, I asked about warrantee, and this is the first time ever in my life (!) that i have encountered a warrantee/company policy where i must EMAIL pictures of the object to get the warrantee honored.  The manager i spoke with was very a very un-helpful, beaurocratic brick wall who refused to be flexible with me.  NOT EVERYBODY HAS A DIGITAL CAMERA OR A DATA CABLE OR A CAMERA PHONE W/ EMAIL!!!!!   This is a racket that people need to know about.   HEY EVERYONE!  DON'T BUY FROM RAIDENTECH IF YOU EXPECT YOU WILL EVER HAVE TO CALL THEM FOR HELP, BECAUSE LOOK WHAT HAPPENED TO ME.
