CricutOutlet.net is a rip off and totally inept at keeping their word, delivery times, and can't even get thsir web page to work correctly (except the button that takes your money)

Bewarned, I ordered from Scrap-book-outlet.com dba CricutOutlet.com on September 6th, the confirmation said wait 10-14 business days for processing. Well we waited with no word as to what the status was. After I tried to email them from their contact form (on their website) that wouldn't work we got nervous and put a hold on the credit card, low and behold as soon as the company wasn't able to get their money I get an email.

They told me that my order had been shipped and sent a tracking email. They asked that i remove the Hold on the CC. We did that, then the story changes as they put a return request on the UPS delivery and "couldn't cancel it" (UPS says you can on their website) They told me they would just flip the order right back out and that they were sorry for the inconvience.

After waiting 7 days i contacted them. They said that they couldn't re-ship my original order so i would need to re-order the whole thing and wait another 21 days. A Smart person would have said forget it. I didn't. I reordered, 14 business days and I got my email saying it had shipped (with pictures of my complete order on it) I recieved the UPS today, it contained 1 item of the 5 that i ordered. I have fired off a rather piqued email to their admin, but as they have already charged the Credit Card I think i am up a creek without a paddle. the Owner personally called me on Friday, 10/31/08 and "promised" me to ship out Monday, 11/3/08. I haven't recieved anything.

We have been charged twice now on the Credit Card. I have filed with BBB and also Ohio Attorney General. Anyone else who has been scammed by these people, please file with BBB and OAG.
