SEASRS ELECTRONICDEALZ!!!!!!! "rip off dealz" would be more like it!! Internet, Tennessee

Shoppers beware: SEARS: does not stand behind there products: I wanted a notebook for my grandson for christmas. I ordered from SEARS and it came on time but from "electronic dealz" it was not a notebook it was a ANDROID to be attached to a phone, and it showed sings of prevous use;a scratch and someones personal calander. I have tried to contact them and there webpage has been cancled!! I got a phone number from sears.com and it is only a recording, so i go to SEARS costomer service and was met with rude costomer care. They informed me that electronic dealz is not a part of SEARS or SEARS.com I wonder how the charge was on my SEARS card then they had no answer for me. SHAME SHAME SEARS I will never again order or shop at sears and i will make sure I tell everyone that i can about your poor costomer service and product!!
