SellandRecycle.com Cellular Wings LLC Cell Phone Recycle Ripoff San Diego, California

SellandRecycle.com claims they will make an offer and send you a check for the value of a cell phone you send to them to be recycled. I sent my phone in on 12/27/12 and have not heard anything about the status. My phone is still listed as pending but they have not responded to my request for the status of the payment. I am not the only one with this problem.  This is a ripoff. They are hiding behind their website that has no contact information.  I was able to track them through a press release on an association with another business uSell.com. The "owner and founder" is Giovanni Gastelum who also owns Cellular Wings LLC in San Diego, CA. Don't send them your old cell phone!
