ordered PS3 on May 2 , 2009 thru pay pal , buying from shopinelectricals.com . order # 2009050306453, receipt id 0784662127248267.

I have called Pay Pal every 4 days from the date I ordered and have not received my purchase. It is May 23, 2009 and I have not received any money or product., Have talked to numerous and numerous individuals including security - cory- and received different answers from the same questions. WHERE IS MY MONEY OR MY PRODUCT? some remarks : "We do not have that information." , We do not have anything on that company. We can not collect your money back if they have insufficient funds. - if you have no information how can you collect money from this company.

I filed a dispute and because there was no funds in the companies account . I have lost $239.00 thru pay pal. Also this was not ordered thru e bay , but if there is a pay pal logo on the companies site then pay pal said it is okay to order from that company. One pay pal representative told me they didn't have a URL for the company.

Also a lady at pay pal whom I talked to on May 20 , 2009 told me that my money would be back in my account by 6:00 p.m. May 22, 2009. Because they also have other customers with the same problem with this same company. I called today May 23, 2009 and spoke to TONY - at pay pal. He gave me all the information today that nobody else knew anything about.

Although we signed an agreement with pay pal , I think they should be responsible to reimburse people with something like this happens because of the fact that they have dealt with a fraudalent company. I know pay pal knows of this company because of the fact what the lady told me about others customers having problems with this same company.

WHY ARE THEY CONTINUING DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY???

If pay pal can take money out of our account for a company then pay pal should have the means to put our money back into our account when something like this happens. It only takes them a second to take our money out our account but takes us forever to get our money back , IF POSSIBLE . I think pay pal should honor even outside of ordering thru e bay because of the fact pay pal is suppose to be a secure safe way of ordering off the internet .

If they can honor e bay they can honor anything else. Also a pay pal representative told me he didnt know where my money went he said to check my bank statement to see where it went . MY BANK STATEMENT SAYS 05/02/2009 239.00 ELECTRONICS/POS TRANS 00000 PAYPAL *PAYMENTFDM 402-935-7733 CA
