First things first, they buy my patented products as a local dealer looking for distributor rights thruout the state of florida. They are given a term of 90 days to decide if this is a financially sound decision and long story short they purchase around 9800 dollars of merchandise at well below distributor pricing.

The product was paid for by an american express card, it was delivered and they sold it all.

after they sold it and made around 50,000 dollars at retail cost at a local florida boat show they charged back the transaction on the american express card stating "merchandise never recieved". I have tracking numbers for delivery through ups to back myself up AND PROVE OTHERWISE ...
