I traded in some IRON MAN blu rays, and they said I sent them the 1 disk version, even though there is only a 2 disk version of IRON MAN. they do NOT give out a customer support number, and I have no one to call. their customer service is not helping, and I need to know corporate and/or what authorities to contact.

so in conclustion, they quoted me one amount of credit, and when they received my items, paid me HALF of what they promised.

This is a previously reported and resolved issue. The customer received the exact amount promised, plus a complimentary credit for the database error.

According to our records, this issue was resolved 6-23-10 after the customer contacted us directly. We encourage all customers to contact us at customerservice@spun.com so that we may resolve any issues they may have.

In this particular case, the customer promised to send in a certain version: UPC 09736138570. Instead, we received UPC 09736138574. As stated on our site on each sell detail page, in our help section, in all email correspondence, 
and in our Terms of Service: "All incoming items are checked for accuracy against the UPC code in our database. Multiple versions exist for most items (regular DVD vs. Director's Cut, regular CD vs. import or bonus track version, game on multiple platforms). We always grant credit for the actual item received."

As this item was different than what was promised, the appropriate credit value was given. The customer alerted us as to a possible error with our database and asked that we double check the copies of the item. Upon re-inspection, we did in fact find that we had a duplicate listing for the same item. The data content issue was fixed, and the appropriate credit was issued. We also issued a complimentary credit for the inconvenience. This credit was used to purchase two used dvds which were successfully shipped and delivered.
