Tiger Direct replied to my report saying to send all the information I had re: a large rebate that was never paid. I sent all the information I had regarding the order, including a copy to the person who replied to this Website with a contact e-mail. I never received an acknowledgment nor an answer. So that was probably conveniently lost also, just like the rebate. I would never ever consider buying anything from them again. It was a terrible experience that went on for 6 month's.
It's been a year and a half and I'm totally giving up. The time I lost was worth more than the whole order. Now I have several hundred dollar's worth of computer component's I've never used, and that they wouldn't take back. Most of their computer component's are obsolete, or almost, when you get them anyway. I have had several problem's with Fry's, who also sells obsolete sale component's that often don't work, but they do, at least, have a good return policy
