Ordered 5 GPS units from this company online. They were supposed to be in refurbished condition.

Each of the 5 boxes were missing multiple accessories and parts. The GPS units themselves looked used as if they had been installed then ripped off someones dash and thrown into a box.

I emailed the company. It took 4 days to get a response from the only method of contact provided, email. They said I could return the items.

I then returned the items to the company and have heard nothing from them in weeks. They will not respond to email. It has been 3 wks since the items have been returned. I have tried to contact them several times with no response.

They are worse than the low life ebay sellers that rip people off. This isn't much to say about a multi million dollar corporation.
