I sent away a VHS tape with precious sentimental footage to be converted to DVD. At first I was very pleased with VideoSilo's customer service, since their website was easy to use and it was easy to send in the tapes. When a few weeks passed without hearing from them, I emailed and got a very courteous reply, telling me to be patient and that they've never lost any tapes before so they are sure it will turn up. However, as time continued to pass...months...and it became apparent that I hadn't received my tapes, I emailed again and got no response. I emailed yet again a few days later...no response. In all, I emailed half a dozen times over the course of a month and heard nothing back. There is no phone number to reach them...I left messages for their supposed PR department, and received no calls. I wonder if this whole webpage is a set-up to rip you off? There is no way to contact an actual human being, and they seem to be intentionally ignoring me. It is immensley frustrating to not be able to get in touch with anyone who can at least let me know if they've lost my order. I just want to know what happened to my tapes!
