The original report is accurate EXCEPT the claims that we are scammers and that a refund was not issued.  Wholesale Heaven does not scam anyone.  In a case where goods are not delivered, a FULL REFUND is issued.  This is true here.

It would be nice if people who file reports have the courtesy to provide an update when problems are corrected.  I understand that people need to vent but please take a minute when the problem is resolved to let everyone know that the company you vented against was not running a scam.

Problems occur.  This is inevitable.  Even multi-million companies aren't immune to problems.  The difference is that honest companies, large or small, take responsibility and make things right.  Wholesale Heaven does not keep money for anything it does not deliver.  That's a promise!

Did you write this reply to distract people from your non-legit activities? You haven't corrected this problem yet but you make it sound like you already took care of it!!! Why?? It smells fishy when a "company" (I don't believe you're running a real company) lies in response to a fraud report.

You HAVE NOT refunded even a penny to me. You just keep promising!!

Everyone, please don't fall in the Wholesale Heaven trap as I did. They will take your money and run.

Finally, thank God, after more than 4 months Wholesale Heaven refunded my money!!! They made it right although it was a little late but I wasn't out anything other than the profit I could generate in 4 months. They even picked up the wire transfer fees both ways.
