We ordered a sign in early Dec and was charged in full at that time. There was no mention of a delay and when the sign did not show up a few weeks later I contacted the seller and was told the sign usually takes 10-15 days. Since it had already been that long I requested a refund. They did not respond so I filed a claim with PayPal.

PayPal was unable to reach Everything Neon so I had to escalate my claim for further review. It is now 5 weeks later and the company is still ignoring my refund requests and stating the sign will arrive sometime the week of Jan 9, 2012.

This company uses deceptive trade practices to sell signs. Buyer beware!
