EZ Docs Inc Office Automation Systems They do not honor contracts New York, New York

Stay away from EZ Docs, Office Automation, whatever name they are using this month.  The company does not honor its contracts.  We never receive buyout checks.  They do not service our machines on time.  They give us the runaround about parts and toner.  We are never given loaner machines per our contract.  The company is run by Anthony Grimaldi and Steve Hernandez who were both arrested in Nassau county for pocketing a buyout check meant for a client.  They are backed up by Dr Leonard Harac.  Harac also runs a consulting business in NJ and loves to portray himself as a legit person.  I wouldn't pay Harac to consult a chimp.  The only he is good at is harboring criminals.
