DO NOT PAY THIS PHONY COMPANY EVEN IF SOMEONE SIGNED AN ORDER FORM!!! Only an officer, a director, an owner, partner, etc. or an employee who has been specifically designated- (eg. a purchasing manager), can legally sign a contract on behalf of a business. No receptionist, new or temp employee, etc. can! Every legitimate business which sells supplies to your company has a line on their contract asking the employee's title, because if you put down "receptionist", they know the contract is no good!!!
Now that you know this, this is what you can do:
Call IDCSERVCO and demand that they take back the shipment. State that your employee who signed the contract has no legal authority to sign on behalf of your company, and that you know that IDCSERVCO is a scam artist because you have researched them on the computer. Do not let them tell you they are only the shipping company- read the complaints online which prove the companies are in this together. State that if they do not have UPS pick up and return the package (paid for by IDCSERVCO), that you will keep the toner as a free, unsolicited gift to the company, since the company did not order the toner. DO NOT LET THEM SCARE YOU!!!The law is on your side, and they know it. Tell them you have spoken to/ are contacting an attorney about this matter, and that you do not want to hear from them again.
