Lease Finance Group Credit Card Fraud - Being Charged Twice for One Product! Chicago Illinois

Be forwarned- Do not do business with Lease Finance Group. Our small business was started three years ago. We were contacted by a sales rep from this company to lease a credit card machine. The paperwork initially was signed by an employee of the company. A few days after the paperwork was signed we were contacted and told that the paperwork needed to be re-done and signed by a principle owner and whom was authorized to receive a tax exemption. We did resigned the paperwork that was sent to us.
Unfortunately we did notice until recently that we were being charged twice for the one piece of equipment. The amount in question was $90.70, which when all tallied up, we have been overcharged approximately a bit over $2800. Lease Finance was contacted and of course all the run around started. It was very difficult to speak to someone and we kept getting hang-ups. We had no choice but to cancel our business checking account from which the amount was being charged to. Once they could not get their money we started getting some attention with phone calls and letters. At first they were indignant and would not believe nor admit that we had been overcharged. They were rude and nasty. We finally did speak to one customer representative who did agree that we had been overcharged by $2800.
He told us that we would received a check in the amount owed to us. Of course, we have not received a check for the amount owed and when we try to contact them we get repeated hangups and tranfers to nowhere. I urge anyone who is even thinking of doing business with this company "DONT". At this time we will be contacting the BBB , Attorney General and anyone who will listen. If anyone knows of a Class Action lawsuit being filed , we will definitely join.
