Same scenario as all the other reports. They call in to say that they are readuy to ship our toner as we are low and wanted to confirm the make and model of copy machine. They pretend to be your service company. They then charge an exhorbitant fee for the toner and send it to you with a bill from IDCServco. I called Stefanie at IDC and she told me the same story. Nthing she can do, but if we pay a 20% restocking fee she will have it picked up.
The other number for Material Distribution Center is never picked up. I called my service provider and they have had several complaints about this company.
