National Imaging Systems Their meaning of "Free" means 400% more than the national average price. Van Nuys California

I was told by the salesman, "Enjoy our free sample and if the toner works out for you, please consider using us for your future toner needs". Thirty days later I received an invoice for 400% more than what I am paying right now at my local vendor. When I called to arrange a return, I was met with, "We have a recording of your phone call where you accepted this product". My response was, "I was not informed that my call was being recorded (which, by the way, is illegal) and that I would be returning the product complete with the unpaid invoice". They claimed that it would not be accepted...we'll see.
