GSP Management company colonial heritage park Trapped in penn philla, Pennsylvania

I lived here at colonail Heritage park for a long time,It was mostly filled with young people starting out,others who were down sizing,or just retireing,all in all a nice place.
Well when Gsp took over,they up the rent 25 dollars every year for the past 6 years,they guestamate the oil,then add 30 cents more.This on top of your mortage and lot rent.

You almost break your neck,trying to get your trash into the dumpster,because its icy in the winter time,the same when you go to get you mail.The roads are horriable,patches everywhere,they go the cheapest way out.
 They have you to,very few houses are selling,so you have trouble selling yours,even so they have to approve your home and who ever is thinking about buying,and if they dont like you,oh well you still have to pay lot rent.I could probaly go on and on,but I think every one gets the gist of it.
