I FOUND THIS PLACE ON CREG LIST,I CALLED AND RENTED THE PLACE DEC 2010,I MOVE DOWN TO LAKELAND FL,THE LANDLORD SAID THE PLACE WAS GREAT AND NICE PEOPLE LIVED THERE,BULL PLACE FLOODS,DRUGS,DRUNKS,THE PLACE IS A PIG HOLE,LANDLORD AND HUSBAND FIXES UP THINGS LIKE SHI_,DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX ANYTHING CRAP JOB,THE OWNER SHOULD GET DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PLACE CAUSE THESE JERKS CAN NOT,I WILL TRY AND FIND THE PEOPLE WHO OWN THIS PLACE AND GET SOMETHING DONE AND I WILL CALL CODE TO LOOK AT THIS DUMP,THEY SHOULD NOT LET THEM PUT IT ON CREG LIST IT IS ALL A LIE,THIS PARK SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN AND NOW IT IS NOT SAFE TO LIVE THERE,THE TRAILERS,CABINS ETC ARE ALL CRAP NOT LIVEABLE,I HOPE ALL SEE THIS AND DOES NOT MOVE THERE,THE JERKS ADDRESS WHERE THEY LIVE FREE IS 1120 E.LEMON ST.LAKELAND FLORIDA 33801 THEY HAVE THERE OWN HOUSE NEXT TO THE DUMP PARK,I HAVE PUT IT ON CREG LIST ABOUT THIS DUMP,CAROLIN AND JESSIE ARE THE JERKS NAMES OR SO CALLED LANDLORDS, THANK YOU

Regarding this complaint on Lake Parker Court MHP:
This gentleman's spelling and grammar speak louder than his complaint.
Lake Parker Court is clean and well maintained; many residents have lived there for many years.
I personally inspect the park (and the inside of all vacant homes) once per month.
I invite all interested parties to visit the park and judge for themselves; the park is located at 1140 East Lemon Street in Lakeland, Florida.
The resident managers, Carolyn and Jesse, have managed the park well for over ten years. They do require residents to pay on time, however -- which in the eyes of some make them "jerks."

i do not know who you are or i do not care you are full of crap,this place is a dump and they have kids living an a one bedroom trailer what is this,drugs,drunks,perverst a nice place to bring a kid up i do not think so,this place should be shut down,i seen alot of crap going on there,kids should not be living in a one bedroon trailer where are they sleeping in the same bed what crap,you should get your head out of your a-- and rearly check it out,the ones who manage this place does a crap job do not know what the h-- they are doing,they let anyone in with money,so you are the big jerk look around buddy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember the guy who wrote this report. He would wear women's underwear and would prance through the park coming on to men. It only stopped when he propositioned a ex-middleweight boxer who punched him through the wall of his mobile home ... hence the "pig hole" and flooding, both in his home and in his Ann Taylor panties.

you are wrong me and my wife lived there for 8 months untill we got flooded in the cabin then we left the mgr would not help so you are the big a--,i have turned you in to child services about all the kids living in a one bedroon trailer other places also,i am a vereran and did not dersive the crap we got there,i paid my rent on time not like the other crap you have living there,you will get what you dersirve soon i am sure when they check you out,your mgr is a joke they said they were leaving what happened,they could not fix anything,i will see you when i come back over that way,you are a big a-- !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i see the same people well i guess they are people are still runing the place,it is still a dump and anyone can live there even if you have kids and sleep together in the same bed,this place should be shut down and i mean now,all this is there is drug,drunks,pigs and who knows what,i hope the law goes there and shuts this place down i will email them and anyone else i can to have something done about this place,this is a dump and i mean it,shut it down now,
