I have to say in the begining this was a nice quiet place to live, after being there 3 months everyhting started to fall apart , microwave stopped working , hot water heater busted and leak for months before they fianlly came to fix it, mold on ceiling, electric plugs worked when they wanted to. They finally fixed have ass and after i moved out a month ago i get a call from attorney stating i owe them 1400.00 for what, house was cleaned, no damage no nothing so i called the new manager said cause i broke my lease that had been out for a year cause i refused to sign another lease so i was being charged extra each month, then they are charging me for the water damage that was there fault the mold on ceiling and wall the floor that had rotted, this has got to be the worst place ever, the assistant manager that lives in the park wont do anything but screw your husband/boyfriend and lie to your face and steal money, the so called manager aint never there she is only in when she is harrashing someone and she says she is trying to make changes well her changes aint working cause the drugs are still there the theifs are still there what changes she making none, she needs to go back to CO where she belongs,I lived there for 2 years and went thru 5 managers so that has to say something about the community i think, so if you are wanted to move there think twice yes it sounds good with the 5.00 deposit and what not but look at homes real close, plus rent increase i went from 710.00 to 780.00 cause  i didnt sign new lease and the water that they clam to split with other homes and water leaks all the time.

I hope yall take this to heart they are a RIPOFF, Yes Community's is regardless where they are in the US, even Corp office in Co is a joke
