If  you plan on renting a trailer lot from a Silverking owned property, Don't. This is a greedy, stupid company that buys parks from small companies and families, then raises the rent to the max every year, on mostly fixed-income people, eventually driving them out. It's shortsighted, just like the greedy Banksters who only watched quarterly stock reports, to the ruination of the nation and their own business.

Eventually, they price the older community out and have a high turnover. With a high turnover and no community left, there is no community policing or camaraderie, and the park is soon full of dubious characters who don't know each other and don't care, or half empty. But what does GreedyKing care? They'll just sell out to another greedy company. If people leave they get another to rent, or if they can't afford to move an old trailer, GreedyKing can just rent it cheap to druggies and theives.

On every yearly raise, they make another twenty to hundred grand, depending on the size of the park, yet they give you Nothing. They get people together and promise every year but it's a lie. In one park, which is a hundred bucks more than a park neearby that has the Same stuff, they bought a twenty dollar item in return for their tens of thousands extra they got in just one of their their yearly max-raises. Honest to God, twenty bucks was the sum of their improvements for a princely extra sum last year. This is a company to avoid. Check and see who actually owns your park.

The Only thing they'll spend money on is cosmetic stuff, since it costs them nothing, like having the manager trim small palms. Of course, if it's a big palm that costs money, you pay for it. On the other hand, they claim they own the landscaping and even the canopies, but only if it doesn't cost them. If there is an expense involved, they suddenly don't own it - you do.

Avoid these greedygrabs like the plague.
