The Village Green Community in Rossville, GA, one community in the YES! Communities , is the most unreasonable place in the world to live. You are threatened, harassed and intimidated into paying your site lease, mortgage or rent payments. THe collections lady and the Manager are there to do nothing more than threaten and intimidate you. If you are a day late you get a 7 day notice to vacate the premise, whether you have a mortgage or are renter. They will have the sheriff set you out of your home, even if you own it. Your children are cussed and threatened that if they do wrong you will be kicked out. You can complain to the corporate office in Denver or the regional manager in Louisville, TN but you get no where. They are all involved in the massive cover up, the hiding of information and the getting rid of what they term less desireables. Well the most of the residents in the community , the manager and the collection personnel are the less desireables! It would be so wonderful if someone could and would look into this company. Take a peek at the lawsuits that have are are being filed against them.
