This company claims that they could help you find grants for your child that school and federal goverment don't want you to know about. They claim that they will help you fill out all the paperwork which is not true. You have to call and put up with customer service agents who are nasty, tell you they don't care. This company never told me that the school my son applied to had free tuition for students parent's that made less they $50,000 yearly. I had to find this detail out from a stranger that I met at the market. When I called the company and spoke to Rob at exit#204 claims they didn't know and would check it out. I never heard back from him. Then I needed additional details for the college today and I call and ask EDIFI to help and no one ever called me back. I got on line and changed my details myself without there help.

I emailed Rob and told him do not do anything on this account. I would like a full refund, for $1,200 they sent us a book and filled out three forms. What a scam...
