My husband and I have been with justourkids.com since my daughter was about 10 months old, she is 4 now. We have never received any phone calls from them and they stoppped sending us reminders to get her pictures taken. Ever since the initial visit we had never spoken to them again.
After a year or so I started doing research online, which is what I should have done before we signed up. Being a new parents we were excited at the prospect of our daughter "modeling" and could not believe someone wanted to sign her up. Little did we know they sign everyone up.
Anyway in the past year or so I have spoken to Mr. Bagwell at the main headquaters several times regading our contract and how they did not live up to what was promised. We called each other and emailed each other. He even added an extra year to our contract. I told him I wanted my money back instead.
I frequently checked their website and one day they my daughter's picture was no longer on the website. I called and left several messages for him and sent several more emails without any type of response. I eventually called all of their offices that were listed(only the main number exists on the website now) on their website.
I talked ot someone in the Chicago office and was tole the New Jersey office was in the process of "reorganizing" I asked what that me
ant and the woman could not tell me, but said she had several calls from other people who could not reach anyone on the East Coast. Whenever I call the voicemail picks up and says it is a full mailbox.
I had filled out an online complaint with the

They are working on the case but were waiting to get information from justourkids.com. Anyway I know it would be hlpful if other people filed a complaint wiht this office as well. They are keeping the file open but so far nothing has really happened. I sent all of the information I ever got from justourkids.com also.
