My 18 year old daughter emptied her savings account to attend a model search convention in Las Vegas. She was promised a weekend in Vegas at the Bally's Hotel to attend seminars and to meet some of the top model agency representatives in the business. We recently found out that they cancelled the convention. When we attempted to contact Model Search America to obtain a refund of $1495.00 we discovered that all their listed phone numbers and either been disconnected or a different business was now answering the phones. We attempted to reach them multiple times via email with no response. I know my daughter my have been foolish for emptying her savings, but this company needs to be held accountable.
