MyFreeCams.com MFC model didn't receive payment los angeles, Internet

I have been a model there for over 2 years and have nearly always been paid on-time and when not was offered a new date to expect it right in my News Section. (Usually due to payroll issues or holidays.)

I have never had a member be rude to me and thet have always been quick to respond.

News flash, any site that offers nudity is going to be a TROLL central. It is not likely that the "customers" were rude to you. It is MORE likely basics and guests who alot of the time are there to either mooch or to fill your room and intentionally try to insult you. That problem comes with ANY website that offers any free chat be it Christian, or cam-modeling.

MFC does NOT underpay there models, they offer 3dollars base pay and UP NOT including tips, spy and bonuses. They have one of, if not THE highest pay out of any cam website online right now. Most sites offer .50 to 1.50 per minute as a base rate.  They infact DO have the highest payout and that is why I have been there for as long as I have.

Yes, tokens are expensive but that's how it works if they're going to pay you as much as they do.

If you think they're being overcharged, you should check out places like streamate(any site that allows you to pick your own rate cheats you, lies, and cheats the customer 90% of the time) and I assure you if you have any idea how the payment system really works, you'll see MFC isn't as bad as you may have once thought.

I suggest that for the high payouts and how busy they are, you wait patiently because any site that pays you THAT much to sit around like a wallflower and show your goodies is something worth waiting for. (Even though as I said, they GIVE you the correct date and why it was late right in your News Section.) If you don't like waiting, then quit and go make 1.00 a minute elsewhere.

If they gave you a date which I'm sure they did to begin with (In the past over 2 years I know they have), and send out when they say they do...they are not a rip-off.

It's only a rip off if they DON'T pay you.

There is a reason MFC is one of the biggest, most popular sites for both models and viewers.

I know when someone is being rude to me so don't try to insult my intelligence. The customers (members & guests) are rude, racist and beg most of the time, so stop trying to boost mfc like it's a perfect site. You must be one of the staff. I got a date to receive payment and I still have not received my pay. This is not how you do business. Any models reading this please do not join because they don't pay you on time and are rude when you ask about your money. What a bunch of liars.

I agree with the "employee response" to the initial report here. However, I do not believe that the response was really from another model. I believe that the response was really from the owner of the website, Leo Radvinsky. The English is written too well and models there NEVER write English that well despite a spelling error in the response. 

The only people that ever get ripped off on this site are the Premium Members. They are the paying level of people on the website. I will write a ripoffreport about that in the next few minutes.  

Models who have a problem with this site are usually the ones that are not really working hard to do the job. These are usually the models that are just sitting there and waiting for people to tip them per request. That never works well. 

I agree that MFC do not pay the models. i am also a model and they ddn't pay me and my other co worker. they delete the whole studio of my boss without telling why. No email either, we try to contact them and ask why but never reply to any email. they do it to many Asians models they trying to Rip Off the models so they stop sending email, they also make their chat box to private so no one can ask them what is happening.

some model said that MFC planned to kick out all the asians to their site, but my question is why they banned the studio at Exactly the day before the Cut off ?? "" so they get all the earning in the whole studio??" WOW they are Hungry for money they already earn the 50% of the members spend and now they still want more???

they make separate rules to the Asians only, why? so its easy to banned if they make even just a little violation like no shows in public but if you enter in www.myfreecams.com you will see alot of latina's showing in public. they discriminate against Asians they let us work and the time of payday they will banned so they will keep the money..

Your studio had an underage model defecating on the cam in public and if you don't want to get banned one day before pay day then don't let your studio violate the rules like that one day before pay day.

Ok maybe rules were broke but many rules are broken daily as masturbating on cam ,,but asian models are the ones getting fined and studio closed. But if you read whole complaint u would see that MFC doesn't write email in response or proof like every site does. You are pretty ignorant if you defend a site that keep all the studio money even if other models were not involved and close account without any explaination.

 Well i am a former studio owner and am appalled by MFC lack of professionalism in handling compliant...I used the sites for close to year and half...I had one fine previous for being on cam since guys are forbidden on cam to fix a computer problem..at the time I did apeal that wasnt like I was nude on cam..but I let that ride and did not have any further instances.
 Then March this year I was fined again for unauthorized personel on cam. I request proof of matter this is where I get angry I never ever got response from them concerning matter. All other sites u deal with have proof of infraction..not some yahoo that come on this forum and say it so lol. So i took matter in to my own hand and found there was snitch that gets paid for getting fines...and I voice this in email  to them and said they should enforce rules to all models since we all new many rules broken daily...then my studio account was closed.
 Then again begin the process of trying to get an email answered no answer...and also no payment made that was owed. I even researched and found the owner Leo Radvinsky phone number listed on BBB. So tried to ask for money owed and why studio closed down. I finally get email responce from Leo Radvinsky saying stop harassing him. So I took it to next level i used my personal account to go in asian lounge to tell people of my plight and even gave out his number if people had similar problem...guess what O got my account closed and he disconnected his phone. think about this a business when u are trying to resolve issue and let other know how to contact the company...it disconnects it does that not show who is in right here. I would be worried too I am sure he got an earful
 Asian models and studio are treating like second rate people on his sites and I wish there was someone one in legal who could look into his practices...he has had history in court in past for deceitfulness. Just google it.

I'm a model on the My Free Cams site and I have not recieved payment.

I've been waiting couple of months, they said paypal was down then I changed to bank transfer.
I was informed bank transfer method could only be done if earned over $1000 because it was international.

There is no option for check in mail although it is in their payment methods.
All this seems pretty odd to me and sus :(

I really hope to get paid I've worked on other sites with no problems.

I really don't know what else to say, I don't feel good inside... thats for sure!
I took my clothes off... for what a scam? I been feeling quite depressed actually.
May even need help like medication, I feel suicidal :(

Seatlesbest you behaved like an idiot harassing members and the site owner. It is not surprising that you got removed from the site along with your poorly run studio.

Most of the Philippines based studios were removed for good reason.

They simply would NOT follow MFC procedures and continued to put unregistered models on accounts including many who were underaged.

MFC is a well run business and does not tolerate such activity.

The contract all Studio sign state that on any occurance of  such issue MFC can remove the model and studio without any payment.

So from MYfreecams perspective all of the Asian model and studios where in violation of rules that they closed all accounts. When we were informed of this Myfreecams said due to legal issues they had to close all account as we read from many of there past models and studio owner..we can understand why they have those problems..a company that can not address complaints in a forth rite manner and use this forum to call people idiots and level accusation that are not true show the integrity of Myfreecams and it owner Leo Ripofvisky. I am not the one with legal problem now and in the past. We would not be on this forum if we had a professional company to deal with.

First off, anyone that backs MFC and/or stands up for them MUST be an employee. I have been a customer there for nearly 3 years and ne'er once have I gotten a reply from ANY employee regarding an email I sent. I have sent them records from my archives with time/date stamps of my life being threatened as well as models being threatened by another customer.

Anyone that has had contact with Ricardo surely knows what I'm saying to be true. This person has had many (50 or more) models banned for innapropriate behavior that he himself promoted, recorded, then blackmailed the models. When they finally stand up to him he gives recorded shows, which he financed to MFC. They get banned instantly. This guy is a CREEP , but apparently is in bed with Admin. there. I couldn't get a reply if my life depended on it, not even in a PM from Leo.

He also has hacked into Models accounts to ban me himself when a model wouldn't accept his 1500 token bounty to ban me. He has threatened the lives of two models i know, yes i said life threats, which is International Terrorism, and MFC does nothing. MFC has ran off most the good customers to the point that now if your not in the top 50 or so models, you will never make it. Theres only enough token buying premium members to support the few top Models.

They have turned perfectly good women into beggars, in thier attempt to eke out a meager living to better thier lives. They NEVER look into any complaints, they just act on them. Of course the complaints that get you banned come from thier trusted few that they actually listen too, which is scandalous because those people are themselves the ones needing banned.

It's only a mtter of time before MFC either fixes things, or goes under. The rate of good people leaving MFC is increasing exponentially by the day. Soon they will have no customers to support even the  best models. I won't even get started on Aaron and his total lack of programming skills. Be sure if I programmed 5 times better than him, we'd still have sattellites falling from the skies, no cell phones, and no pc's. He and all Admin there are self serving capitalists hiding behind a facade of good naturedness.

I'm not trying to provoke an argument of any sort, but I was slightly irked when i read your response so I felt a compulsion to say something. I also agree with you, for the most part, about the employees response and will even go a far as to say perhaps you are right about the response being written by somebody behind the company. I would tend to lean that way based on the lengthy response that seemed completely biased towards defending MFC... but not because of the way it was written. I have been a model on MFC for some time and its somewhat of an insult to read people's assumptions that every one of us are just dumb bimbos with make-up. I happen to be extremely educated. I have gone to college and majored in Psychology and minored in English. I would dare say I probably am much better spoken than you are (please don't take the criticism too seriously, just making a point.) I -will- agree that perhaps many of the girls are just giggling idiots looking for money by twirling their hair and saying "tee hee!"... but the capitalization of "NEVER" in your response was a bit over the top. I also have a very professional job... I don't need MFC, I just happen to have a bit of an exhibitionist fetish and if i can make money by doing it... I figure why the hell not. Yes, I am a model, and I do not know the owner, I don't even know of a Leo.  Look me up as I told Angelina. Feel free to send me a message to confirm it's really me. FOR YOUR INFORMATION, it's pretty jacked up to assume that just because I remove my clothes on MFC I must be too stupid to write a well written response. Maybe that's not what you meant, but it's exactly what it sounds like to me. I love MFC, and I have never had an issue once with them, so I will always write in their favor until I have reason not to.  Maybe not ALL models write like they've graduated out of elementary, but this model DOES.

I agree with the employee response. You broke rules, you were punished. Just because not everyone gets CAUGHT doesn't mean they don't back up their rules. I have seen many girls in my time get into trouble, that INCLUDES American models! I have always gotten an e-mail back in a timely fashion, and as far as I recall, they never had a company phone, I asked for one once before when going in for a loan because they needed my work number.

MYC doesn't/has never offer Paypal, as it is against Paypal rules and Paypal WILL lock your account. Consider Payoneer or some of the more recent payment methods.

I am standing up for them, and I am a model - not a worker. I am not a "beggar", nor am I a "top model" and I still pull in at the lowest, 2k a month when I work. It's all about personality, you're either cut out for it, or you're not.
My first week was over 900 bucks. I don't understand why me, along with many of the other girls I know who work there do JUST fine and never have issues - but for some reason only a few seem to be complaining on here.

No ma'am. I am not an employee, I am just glad to have such an easy job, not having to flip burgers, and have never had an issue in all my years working there. NOT ONE.

I don't understand why people make the assumption for someone to ENJOY their job, they must be in cahoots somehow. I assure you, I am not.

I'd also like to point out to one of the studio owners who wrote here, I ALSO run a studio, and have for a long time. I have never had an issue there either. You need to get your paperwork sorted out and keep ID's on file, and watch them to be sure they do not break rules - or do what I do, and fine them personally if you catch them.

With the exception of one Model, none of you complaining Models are willing to give your MFC room name in your complaint. If you're going to make a complaint then lets have all the information! 

I am not buying the highly educated Model statement. Give me a break. 

I quit after this incident. I was with a studio called SG Modeling. They are con-artists and took forever to pay me but I finally got my money after harassing them. I've found much better sites to work on.
