This guy is a total scam. He told me he would help me get professional photo's but I would need to send a $50.00 deposit to book the photoshoot. I did not think he would scam me out of $50.00 so I sent the money Western Union. He told me the photoshoot would be on a Friday. So I go shopping for outfits and hairstyles. two nights before friday I call him to confirm the photoshoot. he tell me he cannot talk because one of his models is in trouble, so i said okay. Friday comes along and i did not hear from him nor a photographer. he would not answer his phonecalls. the calls were being sent to his voicemail. like 2 weeks later he answered the phone and stated that he went to jail because someone tried to rape one of his models. he told me he would send my money. but he keeps leading me on. I told him i am filing a small claims case and a police report. please do not trust this guy, he is up to no good. he even stated that he is trying to get rid of the rapper T.I. i'm not sure how. but i think he is gaining money by scamming people over. do not deal with him.

This is Michael D. Morris, CEO/Founder of Phamous Models. It has come to my attention that a "rip off" report has been filed against me by Tiffany Hamilton - a model/rapper I was currently working with out of California in 2009.

It is true that Tiffany Hamilton contacted me about booking a photo shoot. She did send me a $50.00 deposit for the photo shoot. 

Shortly after the deposit was made, a close model friend of mine was attacked and almost raped at a party in Miami, Florida.  She called and I immediately went to see her and handled the situation, which cost me a few days in jail.  I contacted Tiffany after my release and explained everything to her, and she showed no empathy towards the seriousness of what happened.

At Phamous Models, we have a high regard for the physical safety of everyone involved in the company. Crimes such as rape are issues that need to be dealt with swiftly and with compassion. 

I do not regret my decision to choose my friend's physical safety and emotional well-being over a $50.00 deposit for a photo shoot.  I want to stand clear on that!

As of this date, Tiffany Hamilton has received back her $50.00 deposit and no police report has been filed against me or Phamous Models.

I would like to state that this guy is a big time liar. Every Scammer has an excuse to cover up the scam. I as well as many other people that I know who has dealt with this guy have not/has not received their money back from any dealings they had going on with him. I myself still have the receipt of the transaction as well as many emails of communication between him and I regarding this entire situation. and I am still going to move forward with my small claims case as well as the police report be cause he has not returned my mone. $50.00 doesn't sound like much but its not about that, its about how he conducts business. he is not professional at all. he is violent and will definitely scam you out of your money. as I've stated do not trust this guy. He and I both know that he has not returned my money. He is a big time liar and he is only trying to protect whatever reputation he has. you can deal with him if you want. but i'd like to advise you not too.

This message is directed specifically towards you Tiffany.

Our accounting department has sent your payment of $50.00 months ago.  We have records of the amount sent, the cashier's check #, the FedEx tracking number and the address it was sent to.  If you did not receive your payment, then you need to speak with our accountant.  Send me an inquiry at phamous.bookings@gmail.com.

In the meantime, I have informed our lawyer of these slanderous comments being made against myself and Phamous Models on this site. This will be the last time I comment on this issue. If there are any more slanderous remarks being made against me or Phamous Models and its' affiliates, then we will move to file charges against you with the State of California.

Like I explained to you before Tiffany, we value the safety of everyone here at Phamous Models.  And you know, there have been many times where I listened to the horrible things that were going on in your life and helped you get over it. Remember when you tried to commit suicide? Wasn't I there for you? Remember when you gave up on your career? Wasn't I there pushing you to get back in the studio? Remember the nights you sat on the phone crying to me? Didn't I listen? I have always been loyal to you and I have always valued you as a woman and as an artist.

It's crazy how after everything I done for you, it has come down to this.

I believe this girl

I believe that this guy is a ”Big Time” manipulator. He convinces young girls that he can change their lives by helping them become famous stars, very pathetic. He knows young women can be vulnerable and takes advantage of them. What kind of “MAN” is that? Like this young woman said, Don’t trust him. I’m sure he never returned her 50 dollars either, she wasn’t worried about the money and l believe that, he came back with good responses to her complaint, but that is what manipulators are BEST at.

This is So Sad

It hurts to know that I am the person responsible for all of this. I wonder if these females know what it feels like to be raped. This is so sad. These women have no compassion for what Michael did for me. I was alone. I had no one to talk to. I was scared to tell anyone what happened. Michael stopped everything he was doing to take care of the situation. He even went to jail. 

Michael is a good man. He's loyal and dedicated to his friends. Anyone who really knows him can back me up. These girls obviously don't know him. This is so sad. These women are trying to hurt him because he was strong enough to help me in my situation.
