PromoModels.com, PromoModels. Promo Models Fails to pay within 90 days for work that was done and refuses to answer phone calls. San Diego California

I worked for a job for Promo Models May 13th-15th in Libertyville, IL. As the agreement says, I should have been paid within 90 days. As of today, November 18th, 2008, I still have not been paid.
I have worked with them previously and my tax forms are all currently up to date, which was verified on May 14th, with the Account Executive, Hilary.
I have sent many emails to everyone at the company and left many voicemails. On August 14, Hilary Troutman responded to my email and told me "We will be sending your check out in the next 3-4 weeks and will send an email with check number at that time." I never received a check and they continued to ignore my emails once again.
Currently, I have done everything I can to solve this issue and my next step will be to contact the client and file reports with every agency until they pay me the money I am owed.

Just an update, I spoke with Hilary today, who informed me that she no longer works at the company. She is still listed as the contact person for models and for accounting, but her phone line is no longer working, but her emails still receive and automated response saying they will be responded to in a timely manner.
Also, it is interesting that this is their address:
