Do NOT do business with any of these scams listed above.
They took our family for over $5000 after we were solicited at 3rd street Promenade in Santa Monica CA about a year ago!
They said our children would definately make it BIG.
Well, sorry to say they received absolutely NOTHING but very unprofessional traning from newbie actors that were also pursuing the biz and just trying to make extra money.
Th experience made us sick. I'm glad they're now being exposed. They should be on the news or soemthing. 20-20?
If you're a nieve parent (yes, like we were) and you were given a card somewhere while shopping, save yourself time and lots of cash, throw it out!
You people are sick.
Thanks to this website!

The Hollywood Group Aka Kidz InMediThe Hollywood Group Aka KidzInMedia SCAM Los Angeles California
My husband and I were approached at the Galleria in Glendale, CA and asked to bring our girls to their screening event. We did it for the experience and so the girls could meet a teen star they knew from TV. We got a callback and went. We were informed at this group meeting that it would cost close to 2500 dollars for both our girls plus the discounted cost of classes and photographs. I have the price sheet here at my home to prove it. We were told we had less than 24 hours to make a decision or our childs spot would be filled. They wanted it all up front or in three easy installments of about $800 on a credit card. Once I got home I looked up the company you register your kids with who actually gets them jobs. Kids Background Talent aka Kids Management Group is the employment agent they use. I contacted them and they said THG aka Kidz In Media was a ripoff and that I could register my kids directly with them for $30 and that included a free headshot and if they did not find my kids work they would refund my $30. So Now keep saying this isn't a scam...

Okay Fkathryn35
My husband and daughter were at Wal-mart tonight and approached by this lady... blah blah blah. You know the rest! I have been looking all over the internet to find out if this company is legit. I have come to the conclusion that it is a scam; my daughter however is devastated that we are not going to take her. Can you give me some information on the company that you mentioned in the rebuttal that you gave.

I would really appreciate it.
Thanks!
