I realised this was a scam when the Craigslist ad suddenly disappeared but it was too late, I'd already given them my cc information.  I called back for a refund and was told to call customer service who promised they'd call back but never did.  A week later I spotted a suspiciously looking similar ad on Craigslist, called the number and sure enough it was actorsonset. They guy who answered said his name was Tommy but he sounded like the guy I originally spoke to called Alex (Rodriguez is you can believe that!).  After pressing him for some time to give me a refund or put me through to someone with authority he put me on hold and never came back.  Today I called the number again and got put through to the owner Jim Dawson who assured me he'd get someone to call me back directly. Within 5 mins I received a call and Benny apologised and said my card would show the refund within 5 days.
