I googled for the agency. I then called for appt. A woman with very thick hard to comprehend accent answered and I made my appt for both myself and my daughter cause they claim to represent both. a month later i called to confirm appt, the lady has no recollection or record of my call let alone appt. we remade it. monthlater just before my appt, I called again, same exact thing, I couldn't believe a 2nd consecutive time she had no record of my appt,, that gave me red flag but gave benefit of doubt.
We trained up to Chicago and went to appt. I asked if their was a bathrm to freshen up in, and there was none. I was stunned and asked "really??" We got called to go into "office" and the fastest talking man I met thus far talked real quick and I looked at him like "You serious?" and he kept on. I thought maybe he was being comical but he wasn't. He'd have intimidated me if I was 10 yrs younger. I showed our photos and he rudely halfly glanced at them to which offended me completely. He thenm said we had to use their own photographer and I even asked "even after showing our own 25??" Yup. and some lame business excuse. I tried to leave but he bargained the price down. So we did this. Got photos taken, then were asked to train all way back just to pick up cd. This is after it was established I had traveled. I said "there a particular reason it cannot be sent to me rather than re travel just to be handed a cd?" the guy blinked twice and then shrugged. that made me feel like my time wasn't valuable. but it was agreed upon to be sent. WE recieved them and they sucked. the ones Ihad brought were far better. and we never got called. I called Them back about any work since it was claimed that when I sent back the signed form that my daughte rand I would be a part of their agency, it was just stated that they had nothing for our look yet. Least I was smart enough not to give them much money for the photos they wanted in first place. They got a 3rd of what they asked.
