Dear Stephanie (or to whom ever wrote this report against God's Water),

Peace!

In the most holy name of Allah (God), the Beneficent, the Merciful.

I have reason to believe that this report is felonious however in case it may be from a sincere victim of the fraudulent behavior of Benny Balbonie and or BMG Network I will respond.

I pray that you experience spiritual blessings and heal from this unacceptable attack on your pride and soul.  And I also pray for all of those who are victims of fraud in particular the children who were taken for a ride by BMG Network. When people get hurt in life they sometimes react in a way that comes from the pain and that is why I forgive you for what you have done here on Ripoffreport.com.

I am the founder of God's Water Entertainment.  I feel very saddened that you wouldn't contact my office (via our toll free number)first before assuming and posting what you "THINK" without actual facts of the full circumstance as a basis for your action against me.  It is true that I was robbed by Benny Balbonie  (aka Benny Barnes/Clyde Dexter/Benny Balbonie) of the former BMG Network of multiple services amounting into the tens of thousands.  He also robbed an investor of 20k(20 Thousand Dollars) that I know. 

You have posted information that could damage my reputation, but no weapon against the righteous will prosper, so I guess I'm either the donkey in the ditch or a victim of friendly fire.  Either way I have full confidence that I will be cleared thoroughly, for the victory of the Righteous over evil is written in both Bible and Holy Quran.  Take a moment to read it and also note that suspicion is a sin; how could you do this when I have done all I could to help the victims of this scam?  This is what leads me to think that this report is phony.  I have even gone out to a restaurant with some of the victims after all this happened to show my support of them.

Furthermore they have changed their name to Direct Nation BMG Network not God's Water Entertainment.  My company is God's Water Entertainment existed years before BMG.  We have struggled hard enough and don't need negative reports like this as you have written against us in unfairness.

Once I realized I was being robbed by BMG I took their old website offline which I created and locked the BMG Youtube site. Notice the notes under each video that I edited which I never got paid for.  They read, "This video was edited and produced by Philip Muhammad of God's Water Entertainment . If you are the Billing Representative from BMG Network please contact God's Water Entertainment regarding full payment of this and all of the videos on this site, including the others which are not seen on this site."

Questions: How can you say that the words against me in your report are the truth?  I don't even remember you.  I never took any money from you or anyone for that matter.  It's a shame that often victims of crime are accused of crime isn't it. Why did you write "They Will Reply To Defend This"?  Are you questioning your actions and are afraid that you could be in fact wrong as you are? It's common for people to defend themselves, are you trying to gain support for a foundation that you are standing on which has no facts behind it other than the possibility that you were a victim of a scam by BMG Network and or Benny Balbonie?  Secondly there is no "they", it's only Benny Balbonie.  I am not an affiliate or friend of Benny Balbonie.  I can't even say that I was a former employee because although it may have appeared to be a good job, I was a victim of a crime at the hands of BMG Network and Benny Balbonie. God's Water Entertainment has nothing to do with BMG Network (Direct Nation BMG) and never will.  We have a PO Box because we can not afford an office at the moment!

You know honestly it makes little sense to go any further with this.  You are 100 percent wrong Stephanie and I pray that you do write a response.  And before you do please contact me.  And one more thing: Thank you!  Thank You! Thank You!

Here's a little history on my company. God's Water Entertainment means "God's People - Entertainment" and "God's Word - Entertainment".  I was inspired to start this company after the Million Man March of 1995 where I took an oath to do better for myself, my people, and the entire human family of the righteous.  I'd be headed for a lake of fire if I fooled with God in the way that you suggest Stephanie.

Also if you who wrote this are attempting to lure me into a trap, note that the devil plans, and Allah (God) plans and Allah (God) is the Best of Planners.  No enemy of the Righteous will prosper as they perceive nothing correctly as they are ignorant and as dust scattered, weightless and full of conjecture.

You would be surprised to know how I helped to put a stop to this scam then.  The pressure generated by my actions and of others who banned against BMG caused Benny (the owner) to change the name of his company BMG Network to Direct Nation BMG.  It's safe to say that the money which some were returned if that's true was a direct result of the actions that I along with others took against Benny Balbonie and BMG on behalf of the victims.  You don't have to thank me!

Well.....I wasn't going to respond! But what I've heard about you from the other actors is that you You are a sheet and below the sheet is the devil! I didn't know the whole story when I sent this note out of anger. I came after but I was told a lot of stories but got my money back. There is a group of us who still work with benny's company as actors. I take my acting serious! They are all good people from who I've met. You were the one who was angry and you wanted everybody else to be angry with you! It's all in your notes as to blame one person.

Anyway I know the truth now. One black man trying to bring down another black man! I was contacted not too long ago and was asked to be apart of "HEIST" with Eddie Murphy & Ben Stiller through benny's company. I didn't go but however it proved to me that everything I thought about them was not true. I listened to everybody but seeked the truth myself. You talk peace and speak about God but put people down out of anger for strangers to read to make you look good or gain. If anybody else didn't get their $50 yet or did nothing it's their fault for listening to you and walking away. Your lies look good over the net for your own gain! I'm not on anyone's side here I thought this was BMG when I first saw your site. They are not too far from William street now with a better staff of people in a real office! If I offended you I'm sorry but you shouldn't put people down who work so hard! How could anybody want to do business with you by you spitting the word of God and putting somebody down at the same time. You should have made it just between you & him and not everybody else! I'm no longer confused with this bmg thing and by the way they did change their name to another company and it's not direct nation bmg! Tell him that he can not legitimize his company by changing the name over and over again, and hiring people who are unaware of his recent past in robbing people, he can only do so by paying everyone back one by one!

You should be ashamed of yourself.  This man has robbed me of thousands in services and many others even in hard cash!  He has robbed an innocent woman of over 15 Thousand Dollars.  We are not alone in this.  There are several people who would love to see this man behind bars.  

There are more charges that can be brought up against him other than theft as well.

This is a new year for me and I've gotten over things and moved on with my thoughts. You've met me before and I'm not stupid! We all know that you're a INTERNET TERROIST with the rest of your friends! I posted this before my thoughts were corrected. I am not benny and I don't deal with him nor would I tell them about this and be embarrassed. I have no problem with them and everybody has already seen your terroist postings about being robbed.
