Let me start off with the facts....whomever is posting these reports about Jeff & I have no grounds. We have never done any of the lies and misleading comments that you have written. Whether you want to believe it or not Jeff & My intentions have only been the best. We offer kids the opportunity to learn more than what their every day lives teach them. I apologize if you feel that you didn't get everything you wanted out of this....however you dont seem to state what your personal problems are. But, instead make lies and by posting these lies that you have no proof or grounds on you are taking opportunites away from others. I will start from the beginning of report:

1.)kids to commit crimes: teaches children and other minors to lie to communities.  What crimes are these....we dont teach them to lie...we tell our kids to always be honest and have the integrity not for anyone else but themselves. We also inform all of the parents that have signed contracts with us that their children need to keep a minimum of a 2.5 grade point average. And, to give them chores and if they cant follow through with the above to inform us so that we can have a meeting regarding the importance of all of this.

2.) That our sole purpose is get into parents pockets and that I empty their pockets. I have never emptied anyones pockets if a parent could not make their payment as scheduled we worked things out for them if we needed to give them an extension. I always gave parents receipts as well as kept their receipts in their files as well as entered it into our JRP system to confirm that all records are kept correct. If a parent ever had questions about their file...we never had a problem showing this to the parents. In case you may have not realized but the money that parents pay for these courses isn't to go into our pockets. Their is such things as a bills (office rental, payroll for instructors & staff, the maintenance of office equipments, water & electricity, just to name a few). We dont just hire anyone off the street to teach the kids. When parents sign up their kids...they are on a clear basis that their child has a 50/50 chance of making this into a career. But if they dont they at least walk away with alot more than if they didn't. We never force parents to sign up...if parents decide to cancel for whatever reason then maybe its not the right time for them to invest in their child. Not saying that they wont or dont but its not always for everyone. If your child says that he wants to play for the NFL when he grows up...do you not sign them up for football as soon as the season starts. Acting/Modeling is like everything else its an extra curricular activity to keep your child active instead of sitting at home watching tv or playing video game all day.

3.) we supposedly trick parents into auditions....no one can force anyone to do anything. All clients that come in through our doors know that it is an informational meeting to find out if their child could do something, how to get them involved, and most importantly make sure that this something they want to do.

4.) supposedly when we receive your money your contract is null and void...this is false in so many ways. If your claim is true how is it that students show up to classes if their contract is voided??? You are absolutely right the contract does state you have 72 hours to cancel but what you dont mention to say is that jrp has refund policy to abide by that is in the contract. If we were to refund someone immediately and give a check to some for the amount that was given...we run risks that the parent may have already put a stop payment on the check or called their credit card company and disputed the transaction. These are reasons to have refund policies.

5.)When Jeff and I were in Agoura...we did absolutely the best that we could. You dont seem to mention how their was agent/manager auditions every other weekend and sometimes every weekend. You also don't mention that Craig Anton (Dad from Phil of the Future), Debra Wilson (Mad TV), Nick Spano (Donnie from Even Stevens), Tom Virtue (Dad from Even Stevens) would teach classes at JRP Agoura Hills. Jeff & I left Agoura Hills almost a year and a half ago and now this is coming up if you have such a problem now why wait so long instead of coming to us with your problems to see if we could resolve whatever issues you may have had.

6.) The building has airconditioning as well as their was only one room in the whole building that didn't have windows to the outside but it did have windows to the hallways on both sides. All classes had about 15 - 20 students per class however sometime maybe a few extra because those students could not necessarily make it to their assigned class and they didn't want to miss out so they would join another one for the day.

7.) Barbera with AIG...I highly doubt the accusations that you are making of her as well. You seem to be the only person that I know that has said these things. I still keep in contact with alot of the parents from Agoura Hills that got their childs coogan account through Barbera that are saying this is not true. In case you weren't aware once you receive your entertainment work permit you only have a certain amount of days to obtain a coogan account for your permit to stay active. AIG is a really big financial company I know that they would never allow Barbera to open up false coogan accounts. The reason we gave Barbera as a referance was for a few reasons one her daughter had a coogan account so she knew how difficult it is to find a place that doesn't want a minimum of $500 to open up the account. Instead it was $25 through AIG to open this account.

I will end this rebuttal to your accusations with this...I dont know who you are because obviously you choose to stay anonomouse. Jeff & I obviously have nothing to hide and will respond to these accusations. No Matter what you do in life not everyone will always be happy. But, I do know this we enjoy working with kids. The statments that you have made are false and I dont know what your reason is behind all of this to come after me and Jeff after so long. All parents have their own choices of what activities to involve their children in....I just hope that they dont take opportunties away from them because of all the negativity that people have. If we've learned anything is that the happiest clients never have time to actually get on the internet and write their thoughts but instead come to us and tell us. You know after reading your posting I noticed that not once did you say your childs thoughts in all of this because isnt that the most important is that they enjoy what their doing. You may decide to come back and state that your child hated the classes and so forth but that of course will only be in retaliation that I made a very good point. If you truly know Jeff & I you will know that we still wish you and your child the best and hope that you both find an activity that would fullfill both your needs and wants.

Also you may notice that I chose not rebut all of your accusations I only really wanted to respond to the ones that are most pertinent. Also JRP, Rad Kids, iPOP!, Jeff Jones & Myself our only crimes is that we all believe in what we do and give kids opportunities whether you want to believe it or not.
