I've worked with Promo Models for about 3 years. Around November 07 I started hearing that people never got paid but I thought they were crazy because I always recieved a check.

In Winter of 08 was the the first time I experienced trouble. They were late on a payment. I eventually was paid about 4 months late (Including their wait 90 days rule). Since I was paid I worked with them again in March 08 and June 08. I've emailed them countless times about the March event and now about the June event. The other girls I worked with in March and June have yet to be paid as well.

I have many friends in the promo/model industry. The word is spreading- that is all it seems we can do. They do not pick up phone calls and they always send the same email to inquire with payroll. Payroll in their company has become obsolete. This is the response I have received 4 times for my March gig. I know I will recieve it again when I ask about June gig.
