 I want to state for the record that there is no LAPD official investigation of Ron Eckstine or his businesses or activities.  There never was.  This was always a private investigation conducted by me.  I found nothing illegal about his conduct.  He operates within the law.  Therefore this investigation is now closed.  After 4 years of intense investigation, no one has come forth, nor have I discovered any information that Mr. Eckstine is involved in any illegal activities.  There are no charges and no law suits pending against him anywhere to my knowledge.  I want to clearly state that any business conducted by Ron Eckstine that I investigated was found to be legitimate and appropriate to the entertainment industry.  I want to formally apologize to Mr. Eckstine, to his company, and to individuals that have worked with him or currently work for him for any inconvenience or question of character that my private investigation may have caused.

This is Jennifer Day’s family, her father Allen, and mother Mary.  Our daughter has been and is currently an artist/client of Ron Eckstine for 5 years.  Jennifer has been happy, healthy, and well guided and advised throughout her association with Ron.  Our entire family has met Ron (Jennifer’s siblings included), and socialized with him, as recently as July 2009.  He is a refined gentleman and deserves respect.  We’ve been to Jennifer’s concerts, TV shows, and events that Ron produced and we’ve been happy and proud of our daughter, and impressed that Ron has done well with her success as a singer and actress.  We wanted the truth to be known, coming from people who know and have been on the inside.

I was a friend of Jenny's in college. After she moved to CA and got hooked-up with Ron she didn't really talk to anyone else, including her family. Her phone calls and emails were all screened by him (I know because I called her personal cell and he answered! He questioned me about who I was and how I knew her.) I got her cell from her mom. I called her mom because I couldn't get in touch with Jenny and I was wondering how she was doing. Her mom told me she was worried about her daughter, she seemed very concerned. She wanted me to "talk some sense" into Jenny. She asked me to call her back and tell her how Jenny was doing, if I was able to speak with her that is. She told me she hadn't heard from Jenny in quite some time and was worried.

Between knowing that and knowing how talented Jenny really is, I have a hard time believing that the above post is really from her family. I know they were not happy with Jenny doing nude shots and shows. I couldn't believe my eyes when I got an email from her a couple weeks ago, advertising her christmas show on the yacht, the NUDE version! She told me she'd never do anything naked. The Jenny I knew in college respected herself too much for that type of crap.

I really believe this man is controlling. There are SO many complaints about him. How can so many be wrong? I could understand if there were only one or two or even three, but there are hundreds! Obviously what he's doing isn't kosher.

I've met Jenny's family. I met her parents. They love their children very much, and were very strict. I can't see them being happy for Jenny, doing what she's doing. She's so much better than this! She could do so much better than Ron! This man is slime. From everything I've heard and read he sounds like a Grada A womanizer.

 Jenny, if you ever read this, please get away from him! You can do so much better! You are talented and beautiful. Don't let that talent go to waste on this man.

Folks, the last year those dates occurred on Mondays was 2005! It's over 5 years old. This is undoubtedly one of the stalest websites on the ENTIRE Internet. I know, because I've been looking at it for over 10 years. The fact that he "updates" the date on it doesn't mean anything, because anyone can do that.

There are NO PROJECTS! It's all one big fake. Please believe me, for your own safety. He's probably one of the best-known people in all of LA. If you had the time, you could verify my advice through at least 1,000 REPUTABLE people.

How do I know? Because I once set up a website for Volume, when it was at its peak, playing Monday nights in an LA bar. That was in the late 90's. I didn't charge Ron a penny, because I knew and liked the singers.

I abruptly took it down one day when one of them told me she had been fired. Boy, did I ever earn his wrath! It's interesting, though, that he never took any step to revive the site. I guess no one else was going to do it for free.

I won't even go into the reason that she was fired. I will allow you to use your imagination based on other reports about him. Yes, the reports are VERY believable, and really sad.

Please, please avoid him in every way that you can, because nothing good can come from him. I knew him during the mid 1990's, and I knew 3 of his girlfriends, all members of Volume. I take that back. I knew 4 of them. I attended severeal of their performances. I can't stress enough just how scary and dangerous he really is.

You might ask why he has never been prosecuted or jailed, if all of the complaints are true. It's because he never touches anyone under 18, and he demands that parents be excluded from all dealings. It's really that simple.

The only REAL part about Ron Eckstine is Ysobelle. I've known her since 1991, no exaggeration, and last saw her 2 years ago. I feel very badly for her. She could/should have been a real star, but her manager was Ron Eckstine. She loved him. I don't understand how it's possible, but I also don't fault her for it. He is that much of a charmer. That will be her legacy, her only legacy.
