 My complaint is much of the same as what I already see on the site. They will tell you anything to get your money and treat you like dirt in the process. Go ahead and do what they ask and you will see them not do what they say they will do. I have never seen a company act like them when it comes to collections or anything. It has got to be a 10minute argument on the phone ever time they call. The unfortunate thing in my case I never financed anything with them but they bought my loan from another company. Save yourself heartache and take your business else where!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want the calls to stop just fax in a piece of paper with your name, phone number and account number and state that you wish to receive no more calls then list your phone numbers. You can also request no letters but by law they are required to send any actual notices if applicable. Sign your name at the bottom. This is called a cease and desist. They know there is absolutely nothing they can do about it.
