America's Servicing Company Harrassment calls and letters when my loan has NEVER been in default! Des Moines Iowa

I have had a loan with America's Servicing Company for almost 3 years now and have only had to pay 1 late fee in those years. As of recently I received phone calls from the company asking where my payment was and did I want to go ahead and make a payment over the phone (you know for a low $25 dollar fee) and it didn't seem to matter that I was not late with my payment. Then I was asked several questions one of which being was I living at the residence or was it an investment property. Now there is no reason to ask that question. It was just one rude phone call after another. Then when I did try to make my payment online as I usually do I suddenly was not allowed to log in therefore resulting in me having to pay by phone for that additional cost of $25. I then received letters in the mail asking me to call in and they would try to make arrangements for my situation. Again, what situation I asked them, my loan is not nor has it ever been in default. They apologized for the unnecessary call and letter but didn't know why I cannot pay online anymore. I asked to speak to a manger and I was told she (Sabrina Pierson) was in a meeting that I could leave a message and she would call me back. I did leave a message with my loan number and still have not heard back from her. They are just trying to get unnecessary fees!
