This company starts calling your home one to two days after your loan payment is due and they do this with an automated recording. This service or call happens at least 3 to 4 times a day and tells people to call their 800 number right away.
This company also tells you that there is no 15 day grace and they have told me the date the payment is due is it and I have also been told that they only allow a 10 day grace period.
I guess this company needs to educate their people and be more understanding and non threatening to it's customers. They also threaten to foreclose on your property even with a steller track record with their company, something is seriously wrong here and legal action is a definite I think!

This is by far one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with next to American General Finance! Their harassing phone calls, threats, late fees and credit reporting are a crime of their own! They call you a day or two after the payment is due or their 800 auto dialer calls 50 times a day telling you about the payment. These types of companies should be sued and their company shut down for illegal practices and harassment! How do they get away with these types of practices? I am sure there are laws out there that should protect us, right? Another thing they like to do is threaten foreclosure and it just keeps on going! HOW CAN WE STOP THEM??
